Hey, I’m Grace!

I was a Licensed Conveyancer for almost 10 years before I decided to take a pretty massive leap of faith, leave the corporate world behind and turn what started as a random little hobby into my full-time job.

Or, as I like to call it… becoming a full-time beader.

How did we get here?!

Honestly? It started because I needed a hobby.

I’ve never really been into sport, and apart from reading, I didn’t have much that I did purely for fun. So one night I decided I was going to take up a craft - and somehow, that little decision eventually turned into Grace x McCluskey Co.

Social media has always been a huge part of my life. I started on YouTube way back in Year 7, long before I met Slater, and eventually ventured over to TikTok in 2022.

If you know me, you know I absolutely LOVE social media, chatting and engaging with my supporters - or, as I call you all, my crew.

My partner Slater - the brains behind this website, our resident 3D-printing guru and my partner of 9 years - and I used to jump on TikTok Live and literally cook dinner while chatting to everyone.
Then one night, during what was supposed to be a normal dinner live, Slater randomly asked the chat:

“Does anyone want a pen?!”
And apparently… you did.
The support was INSANE.

Before I knew it, I was coming home from work and making pens most nights until 2–4am, only to get up and do it all over again.

At the time, I was working in an extremely demanding and stressful management role while trying to build this little business on the side. For about four months, I was working 18–20 hour days between the two jobs.
Eventually, I realised something had to give.

So I did probably one of the scariest things I’ve ever done: I left the sustainable, reliable career I had spent almost a decade building and took a chance on myself, my happiness and this business.

And somehow… here we are.

And now this is my FULL-TIME JOB?!

I get to wake up every day and bead, create ridiculous things, go live on TikTok, chat to my crew and call it my actual job.

AND THAT IS ENTIRELY BECAUSE OF YOU GUYS.

I genuinely wish I could explain how grateful I am that I get to do something I love every single day.

I’m not really a softy , but I hope every single person who has ordered from me, watched a Live, shared a video, commented, liked, followed or simply supported me knows just how much it has meant.

This little business changed my life and gave me my happiness back, and I will forever be grateful to you all for that.

Meet Slater - aka the person who has to deal with my ideas
Slater has officially joined me on this wild little journey and taken up 3D printing, which basically means she is responsible for figuring out how to execute approximately 99% of the ridiculous ideas that pop into my head.

I’m sure she wants to rip her hair out most days.
Okay… probably every day.
One thing that has always been really important to me is making our business different.

I don't want to create exactly what everyone else is creating. I want to make things that make you go “WHERE DID YOU GET THAT?!”

I want your custom creations to be fun, completely you, something you want to show off and, most importantly, INDIVIDUAL.

Creativity is definitely something I pride myself on.

Turns out all those school reports saying I was “too creative for her own good and distracted by a fly” weren't lying after all.

Welcome to my sanctuary

And this is it!

The room you see above is where the chaos happens — where I make your orders, create new ideas, spend far too much money on beads I absolutely needed, and, of course, where you'll find me on TikTok Live.

This room is my bread and butter, my sanity and genuinely one of my favourite places in the entire world.

Save and except, obviously, for Slater, Holly, Otis, Merlin and me mate Little Cups & Co.

Live Claims are held just about daily on my TikTok account. Each character will be shown and we will give it a specific number out loud, the first to comment that number wins the claim* and will then head on over here to complete your purchase.
